What Tradify is
Tradify is an established job management platform for trade businesses, widely used across the UK, Australia and New Zealand. It covers quoting, scheduling, timesheets, invoicing and accounting integrations, and it has been doing so for a long time.

The pricing models
Tradify publishes per-user pricing across its plan tiers, so the monthly cost is roughly the plan rate multiplied by headcount. Love Invoicing charges for one main account, then adds Love Invoicing Team seats for field workers as you need them, up to 15.
For a sole trader the two land close together. The models diverge as you hire: a per-user rate multiplies with every van, and a main account plus seats does not multiply the same way. That is the comparison worth running with your own headcount, not ours.
