What Shipped in November 2026: ETA Links, Faster Stripe Payouts

🚚 Live customer ETA links

Send a tracking link from any active job and your customer sees a live map with your van on it, plus a real-time ETA. Works for both field jobs and deliveries. Available on Crew and Business plans.

How it works

• Tap “Send ETA” on the job detail screen
• Customer gets an SMS with a unique tracking URL
• The URL expires automatically when the job is marked complete
• No customer login required — works on every phone

Early data: customers using ETA links report 42% fewer “where are you?” calls.

⚡ 1.5× faster Stripe payouts

We negotiated a new Stripe rate card. UK payouts now land in your bank in under 24 hours on standard accounts (was 3 working days), and instantly on instant payouts (small fee, optional).

Active Solo and Crew customers don’t need to do anything — the new rate applied to all accounts on 12 November.

📱 Redesigned mobile quote signer

The customer-facing quote screen got a full redesign:

• Total at the top, not buried at the bottom
• One-tap sign-and-accept with stored signature
• Inline scope photos — no more PDF attachments
• New “ask a question” button so customers don’t email back saying “just one quick thing...”

Quote-to-job conversion improved 18% across customers who tried the new design in beta.

🛠️ Smaller things you might notice

• Bulk PDF export:select multiple invoices, download as a single ZIP — useful for accountant handovers
• Customer statement PDF: generates a UK-formatted statement showing all open and credited invoices in one document
• Job duration default: if you set a default duration on a customer, new jobs auto-fill it
• iOS Live Activity: active jobs show on your lock screen and dynamic island
• Android share-sheet: share invoices to WhatsApp, Signal, or Messages directly from the app
• Dark mode polish: tracking map now respects system theme
• Bug fix:credit notes against fully-paid invoices no longer show in the “outstanding” widget
• Bug fix: tax categories now persist across duplicated invoices
